Banned from August 1, 2026

Minnesota prohibits installing, operating, maintaining, or making virtual currency kiosks available from August 1, 2026. Operators must remove kiosks from publicly visible or accessible locations by December 31, 2026. The former daily-limit rules are not permission to continue operating.
